Keep your aircraft safe from the weather at Meadowlake Airport (KFLY), a few miles northeast of Colorado Springs, CO. Hail season is coming, and your insurance company may not cover hail damage if your aircraft is stored outside. Don't risk it this year.

While some projects are in progress (marked below with 🛠️), we are offering promotional rates through June 2026. See below for normal pricing afterward. Also, all prices are negotiable. Let's discuss to find a price that works for both of us.
Small 2-seat aircraft (RV-6, RV-7, Glasair, etc.) | $425-500/mo, 3-12 month lease |
Small 4-seat aircraft (C172, C182, PA-28-181, etc.) | $475-600/mo, 3-12 month lease |
Larger than a Cessna 182 or a PA-28-181 | TBD |
Project space | $300-1000/mo, month-to-month lease |
Rent the entire hangar | $2500/mo, 12-month lease |
When you rent from us, you can enjoy the following benefits:
✅ A dedicated parking spot for your aircraft, rather than just a first-come-first-served situation.
If you rent a spot in our east hangar, you can enjoy a 12'x14' office with clubhouse amenities:
✅ Office interior vacuumed and cleaned weekly.
✅ Couch and a Smart TV
🛠️ Computer for flight planning or weather briefings
Using a shared space can be quite flexible and rewarding. However, we take several steps to put safety first:
Both of our hangars are located at 7989 Cessna Dr. They are actually the same building, but with a dividing wall between. Each unit is approximately 3,400 sqft, enough to fit 4-6 aircraft, depending on size and wing overlap.
Our hangar is in a convenient location on the airport as well:

In case you're not familiar with KFLY... This airport is different from the typical airport in several ways:
This airport has a great community feel, with many mechanics and flight schools operating on the field, an EAA chapter, and many local builders. More information on their website here: http://www.meadowlakeairport.net/
